Re: Very nasty bug with Right-Click + Copy/Move
1. Ctrl+C over a file 2. Go to a structure like RootFolder ---Subfolder 1 ---Subfolder 2 ---Subfolder 3 3. Select Subfolder 2 from RootFolder \ Subfolder 2, Right-Click and choose Paste Right, but if you use Ctrl+V, the behavior is different, and the file is always copied in RootFolder... Sooo... w...

Re: Very nasty bug with Right-Click + Copy/Move
ok, need to check... Please do. Anyone and his mother today expects an Explorer-like behavior. We just do not have the power to fight this standard. But in windows explorer, it's the same behavior (without pasteIntoSubfolder=true) ?!? Just tested again. 1. Ctrl+C over a file 2. Go to a structure li...

Re: Add the ability to launch into "Batch Convert" custom script
But in your example, you need to load different xbs scripts 3 times, right? Not quite. 3 different .bat scripts, (perhaps) yes. But it can be done in just one xbs having 3 times the Resize and 3 times the Custom Script action, if someone starts with Resize from the biggest dimension towards the sma...

Re: Import & Sort : Move & Batch Convert
Yes - just be sure to have a „Move” (that is „Delete the source file after copy” already present in Batch Convert).

Re: Using XnViewMP on Multiple Computers at the same time?
m.Th. Thanks so much for your helpful replies and knowledge. Like the OP, I am also hoping to have three of my staff collaborate on the same photo DB, (divided into three separate folders, so each staff member can work on their own folder of photos). They will be assigning category keywords to each...

Re: Import & Sort : Move & Batch Convert
2. A very, very useful tool is to add „Batch Convert” as a button to execute a batch convert job before transfer on Soruce and/or after transfer on Destination . – this would be a killer feature : just fill the Source Folder of Batch Convert dialog with Source of Import & Sort (or with Destination ...

Update:
It is 'fixing' itself. Inconsistent behavior. I had seen it in older versions.

0.94.2: Alt+1 to Open Program doesn't work anymore
I have from many years now configured in Tools \ Open Widh a program (Photoshop) to open the selected image(s).
In 0.94.2 the Alt+1 shortcut doesn't work anymore. Using the RMB menu works.

...to complete: in the example described the custom script file would be just a copy in order to save the intermediated result in a separate file.

Re: Add the ability to launch into "Batch Convert" custom sc
This is very, very, very useful. Some usage cases: In just one Batch we will - generate all the image sizes of an application (small, medium, large etc.) to publish on Google Play, Apple Store, Windows Store etc. - generate all the image sizes for a site (thumbnails, full, watermarked etc.) i don't...

Re: Modeless Batch Convert
Yet another bump to this.
It is a pain to NOT have the Batch Convert running while we select / choose the photos.
It is a pain to have to wait at the end for the Batch Convert to finish its job.
The code is already there. Just give us the possibility.
