Ok, let us rephrase:

The UI should remain as is. But the user should put the value „10” in order to achieve the same effect with the nowadays „1”.

There are enough sliders/spinedits in image editing dialogs which have way too coarse steps in order to be really useful.

I take the blue line as indicating the Brightness slider...

There are enough sliders/spinedits in image editing dialogs which have way too coarse steps in order to be really useful.

For example, in Image Editor, go to Image | Adjust | Enhance Colors... - or press directly Shift+E

In that editor, perhaps except Contrast, the steps for all the other sliders ...

Yes, it is mp4 in source folder (on my card).

Since „Videos” checkbox is disabled, I expect to have the videos also in the destination folder.

About 2): Perhaps I don't understand something but you can pan all the images using the left mouse button. Click and drag. To pan only one image, use the right mouse button in the same way.

You can limit the number of cores and this has the same (if not better) effect.
