Broken static gif
Hello there.
The image named "bad.gif" isn't being properly displayed in XnView v2.34 (thick, interlaced white bar showing at the bottom)
Am I the only one experiencing this?
Thanks for your time and sorry for the inconveniences.
Tested on WinXP Pro SP3 32-bit.

Re: "Show files in subfolders" lost when viewing a file
I can confirm both the problem itself as well as "disabling Synchronize Browser selection with current View" not making any appreciable difference. The exact same thing holds true for the alternative right-click menu option "Show all files (recursive)"

Glitchy Amiga IFF/ILBM image
I can't seem to get this one to display properly on the latest version of XnView Classic. I know it ain't something wrong with the file itself because it looks correctly on Deluxe Paint. Just letting you know, peradventure it can be fixed. Best regards and thank you so much for this wonderful piece ...

Changing the colour balance corrupts paletted images
Well, not a whole lot on this one, just like the image shows. I'm guessing the preview looks fine as it's probably being converted to truecolor internally.
Tested on WinXP Pro SP3 32-bit with XnView 1.99
Much appreciated

Support for .GPL (gimp) palettes
Hello. I'd like to request support for this type of palette. The one supported by XnView and the one I'm talking about are nearly identical. It seems to me it that would be a matter of merely allowing the .GPL extension plus 3 different lines for the header. I've attached 2 test palettes, one genera...

Re: Selection of regions with a single-pixel dimension
Thanks for the answer and sorry about the long delay :) Still, I'm perfectly aware of the fact that other applications can do this, In fact I use a couple of them on a regular basis, but since XnView is my application of choice for quick and painless editing, I wanted to see it here. No big deal if ...

Thanks and sorry for the many new threads, but IIRC, moderators prefer to keep stuff separated for easier searching and discarding.

Make "Display Color Information" availble from "Compare..."
When comparing seemingly matching images, you can find out if they're indeed different by just having a look at the CRC values on the upper left. However, sometimes you need to be able to tell how the colours differ at a pixel level, and that's where the tool would come in handy.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Selection of regions with a single-pixel dimension
In other words, being able to select a line of either 1 pixel of width or 1 pixel of height. I'd find it very convenient for quickly removing artifacts consisting in rgb-swapped lines that appear after certain processes.
Thanks.
Thanks.
