Hello,
I just upgraded to Windows 11 from win 10 (not a fresh install), and all images were reset to being handled by windows apps, but i can't for the life of me, find the place to set Xnview MP to handle all types of images like in win 10, but instead i only get the option to set the default one ...

I was about to post a bug report on that lol.

move "cbz cbr" from Archives to Exclude group (Settings > File list > Custom filter)

It is still happening in version 1.8.0 and with a completely different PC. Only the CPU brand is the same.
And @blubbeh made the perfect description of the bug.
Do you use 'View>Misc>Two pass rendering'? Please send your xnview.ini, and the way to reproduce?

The cbz that was shown as a black screen had png images inside, the one that it could see were jpg.

I can't believe this...
I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled the newer one to reproduce the INI file... And i was still seeing the "black screen"...
It suddenly occurred to me, what if it was trying to open another type of file? So i dumped a bunch of images in a folder and some videos, and ...

I think it was Browser > Viewer > Fullscreen

I did just that. And when scrolling to a video, you could still see the place the video was, it just that it showed a black screen.

I went all the way back to 1.3.1 to not have this issue.
And i think I'll stay there for this and other reasons.
