Re: View modus shows wrong picture
Hi, The same bug is still out there. I tested it with XnViewMP 0.72 for Windows x32 running on Windows 7 (32-bit). The conditions in which the bug appears are still the same: - Choose a picture in Browse Modus - Double click the picture, it appears in View Modus. - While in View Modus, perform an ac...

Re: XnViewMp for Mac file delete failure
This bug does not appear anymore in v0.69 for Mac OS X. I noticed you change the filename with an additional timestamp in case the file is moved to trash can.

Re: View modus shows wrong picture
I installed the new Mac OS X release of XNViewMP (0.69).
I observe that the issue described in this thread also appears version 0.69.

Re: XnViewMp for Mac file delete failure
Good question. This made me discover something else. 1. I empty my Mac OS X Trash can entirely. 2. I delete an image file 'my test.jpg'. Works perfectly. (So, the root cause is probably not related to spaces in filenames.) 3. I keep the removed 'my test.jpg' in my Trash Can. 4. I try to delete anoth...

Re: XnViewMp for Mac file delete failure
I identified the root cause, or least I think I'm getting close: delete failes systematically if the filename contains a whitespace.
e.g. example of delete failure on: /my picture.jpg
e.g. example of delete success on: /my_picture.jpg
This test case is reproducible.

Re: XnViewMp for Mac file delete failure
No, waiting 15 sec between select and delete did solve the issue.
I cannot find a logical pattern about when a delete is successful and when not.
For the moment, delete works "sometimes".

Re: XnViewMp for Mac file delete failure
The delete failure happens "sometimes". I already did a lot of investigation to find the exact circumstance for the delete failure scenario, but I can't find it. I tested clearing the database, miniatures, I compared file attributes and read/write grants of image files, but I couldn't find a clear c...

Re: XnViewMp for Mac file delete failure
Indeed, no message.
You choose delete. You have to confirm the delete with a dialog box. And nothing happens, the picture remains selected and is not removed.
I did the test with jpg files on XnViewMP 0.68 for Mac.
