Do you have Ghostscript http://www.ghostscript.com installed, x64 as you are using NConvert x64?
Yes Ghostscript is installed as x64 & NConvert too.
After reinstall Ghostscript the eps can convert to jpeg.
But how can i change the size and the dpi
nconvert -out jpeg -truecolors -resize 510 0 ...
