Re: PNG with Alpha Channel is broken wiev
Sorry for writing here, I do not know what is Alpha Channel, but I have a problem a certain png files too. Some were broken(half downloaded), but another seems perfectly fine(and MS Paint opens all these files). XnView just refuse to open such files and shows empty gray screen with error(with ...

Re: 0.93.1 MP - Custom Hotkeys are forgotten
True. I did not use Lock zoom feature at all, now I need it.
I tried to setup hot key for it, like ctrl+L or F9 or numpad 9 - none of them work. While other hotkeys work, at least those Save as or 100% zoom or enter fullscreen or resize image.
Dunno what about reproducing it though, I just tried it ...

Re: XnViewMP Cache logic?
No, I wanted to say, I like the way "XnViewMP v 0.52" works, for example.
v 0.88(or any latest) does not check file list for newly created files and shows in "viewer mode" only those images that existed at the moment of program start.
I have never used Classic, I tried once but it does not open ...

XnViewMP Cache logic?
Cache logic is different in latest version comparing with those from year 2012. And I prefer old one.
I will try to explain with example:
I watch video. Made 4 screenshots during watching, let it be empty folder for test. File names are, let's say
Video 038.mkv_snapshot_17.48
Video 038.mkv_snapshot ...

Re: File naming
I downloaded fresh version, even deleted old .ini file to be sure.
Nothing changed by default. Didn't find option in program interface.
So I edited manually settings file
I added in [Viewer] section this line:
maxCharsFilename=999
OK, now it shows full file name length in Browser mode , but ...

0.53: Filename in status bar
Hello
I am using XnView MP version 0.53 now, because of it's status bar, it shows full file name.
status bar good.jpg
While recent versions reduce it to some predefined length and show ... instead of full name. It will looks like 7484754...9ba2_o.jpg , for example.
Question is:
was it ...
