I would like to now if it's possible with XnView MP under Linux to re-create the thumbnail stored in the exif data of a JPG file ?
As you can see in the screenshot below, XNView is showing the thumbnail stored in the exif data but it's not what the picture looks like.

Does XnView MP support plugins ?
If so, maybe we could develop a plugin to search or filter using advanced settings.

I'm used to develop plugin, I did some for photofiltre (http://www.photofiltre-studio.com/plugi ... ins-en.htm (Alexandre Gambier)).

I installed XnView MP on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and it works fine.
I was wondering if it's possible to use the quick search box to search using the EXIF tags ?
e.g. Searching for each picture where ISO=200 ?
