the same in notepad. If I make 'Ctrl+C' to get the file name with full path, unicode symbols are replaced by '?'. And if I make right-mouse-click on 'FileName' field in 'Properties' tab, select 'Copy this item' and insert it - then unicode symbols are displayed fine.

If a file name contains unicode characters (f.e. chinese) and I clcick Ctrl+c (or right-mouse-click and select Copy) and then insert it in Excel, unicode characters are replaced by "?" signs
