thanks for looking into this.
Be aware that the 4 above mentioned fields are standard tags from Exif Version 2.3: http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/TagNames/EXIF.html
Of course FujiFilm also uses own tags, but these contain other information: http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca ...

I attached an image which I resized with XnViewMP.
The metadata was preserved.

You will see that data about the lens is contained:
Lens Info: 55-200mm f/3.5-4.8
Lens Make: FUJIFILM
Lens Model: XF55-200mmF3.5-4.8 R LM OIS
Lens Serial Number: 47A03498

is there a way to display information about the lens in XnViewMP?

The values exist in my files and are displayed by ExifTool, e.g.:
Exif:LensMake=FUJIFILM
Exif:LensModel=XF55-200mmF3.5-4.8 R LM OIS
Exif:LensInfo=55-200mm f/3.5-4.8

I have tried to use
{EXIF:LensModel}
{EXIF:Lens ...
