Does anyone else use Winget to upgrade XnviewMP (and other progs) on Windows? I love doing this.
Just open a command window (with Admin privileges)
type Winget Upgrade
it'll make a list of progs you can update
type Winget update XnviewMP
And you're done! Program is updated, no clicks.

Can We PLEASE Have A Click to Update Option?
I have been happily using XnView MP for many years and is my absolute favorite Pic viewing program! It to me is FLAWLESS and PERFECT except for one small thing - the lack of a one-click update option. Can we please, please, please have this? Please?

Auto Update and Continuous Display of 2 Images Side by Side at Once
I would like to suggest that this wonderful program do two, IMO important, things:
(1) Auto Update - Check for updates, prompt to install update, download the update and apply the update. No more download it manually.
(2) The ability to display 2 images at the same time, side by side like Neeview ...

Because you said 'strange' I took it upon myself to investigate further. There were 20 files in this one directory, the first 2 images were JPEGs and the other 18 that would not display in Browse mode were PNGs. I started thinking maybe the files that would not display in Xnview Browse mode were ...

Whenever there is a mix of different graphic file types (ie png and jpg) in a directory, XnView in Browser mode will only display thumbnails of the first graphic type up to the second and will not display any other images.
