Problem with OneDrive Cloud

When I Change my Pictures from Off- and Online to only Online, the Pictures are online in my Cloud and only a Link exist in my PC.
The Explorer Change from "Offline verfügbar" to "Nur online", and I see all files in Explorer Path to OneDrive

After this the Pictures with 3,7 MB Need only 56 KB in my ...
