Re: 1.9.5: XnViewMP doesn't open a passed folder if it has a trailing backslash and quotes

Actually, I tested it further and it turned out to be an unrelated issue. Not a bug in XnViewMP. My apologies.

Re: Pixelated image when using high quality zoom

I'm seeing the same problem. I'm using XnViewMP 1.9.5 64-bit and Windows 11 64-bit (no display scaling).

Repro:
1. Configure Windows to make XnViewMP a default image viewer
2. Open XnViewMP, go to Settings, and configure these 3 things. All of them are critical:
General > Startup > Open = " Viewer ...

Re: 1.9.5: Change timestamp incorrectly modifies data in movie files

Another way to repro:
1. In the browser view, select some JPEGs and MOV / MP4 files
2. Go to Metadata -> Change timestamp
3. In the "Change timestamp" dialog:
a) Select: Use = "Current date & time"
b) Use arrow buttons to navigate to a JPEG
c) Make sure the top 4 checkboxes under "Change" are ...

1.9.5: Change timestamp incorrectly modifies data in movie files

Allow full screen on both monitors simultaneously when Dual Monitor is enabled

Is it possible to enable the dual monitor functionality that existed in XnViewMP v. 0.89 that allowed full screen on both monitors simultaneously? The way it worked was that I could open a full screen mode on two monitors, and navigate prev / next images on each screen individually using the mouse ...

Re: 0.84: „Special Effects” with Full Screen Mode on two monitors

I heavily relied on the dual monitor full-screen functionality. It even allowed me to browse next/prev photos on each monitor while in full-screen. I'm really disappointed this no longer works. Is it possible to re-add the old functionality as an option in the settings?

"Browser <> Fullscreen" switching mode

Could you add "Browser <> Fullscreen", so that pressing Enter always switches between those two modes?

Currently I use ""Browser <> Fullscreen | "Viewer <> Fullscreen". The problem is that if I launch XnViewMP with an image (i.e. I start in fullscreen) and now I click Enter, it takes me to the ...

Re: Back / Forward buttons neglect Quick Search

I would like to come back to this topic to see if it would be possible to add this feature. It's really important for me. As it is, I have to copy/paste the string in the Quick Search before entering any folders because after entering any folder and then going back the quick search string is gone.

Re: Back / Forward buttons neglect Quick Search

Is there any way to fix it so the behavior is consistent with Windows Explorer? (i.e. quick searches are also saved in the history)

Re: fullscreen problem

if you try with a clean .ini, same problem?
do you use font scaling?
I have same problem in the 0.7.6.1 x64.
I use Windows 10 x64.
I try with a clean .ini, and not use font scaling, but still have the problem.

0.7.2 don't have the problem, I have to roll back to that version.
I hope the problem ...

Re: Copy/Move dialog requires pressing Enter twice to accept

Thanks for looking into this. I noticed that the first Enter clears whatever text is selected in an active field and the second Enter accepts dialog. Either way, the first Enter should accept the dialog regardless if any text is selected. Do you think it can be fixed in the next version of XnViewMP?
