J'ai trouvé. Il faut utiliser Aperçu / IPTC et là, on peut supprimer les mots clé.

Si je comprends bien votre réponse, dès qu'un mot-clé a été ajouté à une photo, il ne peut pas être enlevé par XnView. Est-ce bien ça ?

Using XnView classic version 2.35, I'm trying to remove some keywords added by mistake to a picture.
I'm using 'Edition des données IPTC' (I'm in French...), selecting the 'Mots-Clés tab, selecting the 3 or 4 keywords to remove, cliking to the 'Effacer' button and then clicking on the 'Ecriture ...
