If you selected to delete items to trash instead deleting them directly (just in case you'd deleted in error), this does not work any more with Ubuntu 18.10 or Debian testing. Items are in all cases deleted, not moved to trash as with Ubuntu 18.04 before. Since this bug popped up with debian testing...

Trying to show xmp-tags not standard leads mp print {XMP:<Tagname>}
Hi!
I am trying to print xmp-tags at "Miniaturbild" setting "Custom 5" to "{XMP:Nickname}" this just prints "{XMP:Nickname}" instead of printing "-" if the tag is not set or whatever it is set to. xmp:nickname is defined to be a string. What do I have to do to make xnviewmp read and display this tag?

MP / Classic: Editing IPTC/XMP: Replace empty fields
There is a difference between XnView MP and XnView Classic:
editing IPTC/XMP data with XnView allows to only replace non empty fields, or all fields filled. XnView MP does only allow to replace empty fields. It would be nice to have some way to select what to replace.

Thumbnails in Browser are out of sync to files
From time to time thumbnails in browser view are out of sync to files. The shown picture in browsers thumbnails are not taken from the file, but from pictures cached.
