Viewing Illustrator .ai files
I have Xnview Classic and MP installed. Ghostscript 32-bit and 64-bit are also installed.
Classic won't open .ai or .eps vectors but MP will only open .eps ones in browser and viewer.
Help!

Photoshop Shortcut from Xnview Classic
I'm busy sorting scaling issues now that I have a new 32 inch 4K monitor. My problem is that, when I open Photoshop CS6 via its own shortcut, all is well. However, if when viewing an image on Xnview Classic, I hit the custom button to open it in Photoshop, the scaling is ignored - you can see the ...

Way to get 'Date taken' to appear in 12-hour format with lower case am/pm?

I suspected the reason why 'Date modified' appears as 12-hour was that it comes from the Windows time format I use. And, that the 'Date taken' format was ...

Batch rename with sequential alphabetic characters?
I haven't been able to find a way to get a a batch rename to use sequential letters instead of numbers - it doesn't seem possible.
What are the chances?

Re: Properties
It's not a major issue, or even a medium issue as the important info is available on both browse and view. I reported it initially as I thought it would help uniformity if both produced the same report.

Re: Properties
I've amended the .ini file. Now, both browse and view display the Windows properties dialog (see Browse.jpg in the original post), not the Xnview one.

Properties
I've just moved from Classic to MP and I have adjusted to it well.
One thing I'm puzzled by:
The properties button in the view and browse modes produces different results (see photos).
I'd prefer if both displayed the same version: the view one.
Please advise.

Eight years, later (only now using the folder tree) I'd like to see the automatic expansion of the tree.

Yes - it still displays even when there are no images left in the folder.
