I use XnViewMP 0.84 on macOS 10.11.5, and can confirm this behaviour.

Are you on Windows? Just asking because on macOS it seems that when dragging files, copying (also on the same drive) is the default behaviour. And i would prefer it the other way, because i more often move files to another folder, instead of copying ;)

Found out how to do it on OSX:

- icons into the package /Applications/XnViewMP.app/Contents/MacOS/UI/icons-48
- AND a file toolbar.ini in /Applications/XnViewMP.app/Contents/MacOS/UI with ...

[Toolbar-48]
folder=icons-48
size=48

You can change size and folder name.

But additional command icons ...

is this also working on OSX? I tried putting the icons from the Windows zip (changed some icons) into the settings folder:
- USER/.xnviewmp/UI/icons-48
- USER/.xnviewmp/UI/icons
- USER/.xnviewmp/icons
- and also into the package /Applications/XnViewMP.app/Contents/MacOS/UI/icons-48

... but no ...
