Zooming is super fast now. Page flipping works well, too!
Pre-loading more than one image might still be a good ...

@XnView: I think you'd need to establish an OpenGL / DirectX viewing mode, loading the image as a texture on a rectangular 3d pane. Smootoh and fast zooming / panning would be as easy as resizing the pane, the graphics card would take care of the rest.

I updated to 1.94, and as I usually do I chose the batch-remake EXIF thumbnails on a bunch of photos. 16 of 100 were during that process corrupted in a way that they couldn't be read afterwards by any software (including XnView). :bug:

I have a suggestion regarding flipping through the images in fullscreen. Having just come from years of using ACDSee, the most noticable downside to XnView is the speed of moving up and down the image lists in full-screen.
