I have that option checked, but if I open an image from the Browser view, then choose Next Image ...

Browser thumbnails sync with image view?

Hope this makes sense.

XnView 1.82

I open a folder containing many images in the Browser.

I open a file.

Then I use the mouse wheel to go to the next file and so on in the image view, but when I return to the browser window, it is still at the first photo I opened.

In other words, is there a ...

Moving files in browser, thumbnails jumps back to top?

Hi,

I searched to see if this is addressed.

When dragging and dropping thumbnails into different folders in the tree view, the thumbnail view also jumps back to the first file at the top.

Is there a way around this?

Many thanks for the link - it answers my question exactly. The poster in that thread expressed a desire to have those two functions be controlled by a toggle function. I agree, but this is a very minor thing given how flexible and useful this program is.

Hi,

Excellent program, my thanks to the author.

I used a much older version in the past, and after a complete WinXP reinstall, never added it back.

I have the latest version, and I wonder if I am remembering a small feature incorrectly. When I select part of a picture file, the cursor turns into ...
