Thank you, Pierre.
Ok, I will do as mentioned. Please allow me a little of time, I want to make those experiments to see if I can provide you something more for you to work with. I know it's difficult with not so much information that what I have currently. I am not sure if I can dedicate time today ...

Re: 0.94 CRASH with 'double free or corruption (out)' [Linux]
do you use 'actions'?
Yes. I had been using one: "Level". Sometimes I was using a "scritp" of three actions: a resize, autolevels and sharpen, that I had saved as a script (see below).
is it possible to have these 74 jpeg files?
That particular set I would prefer not, but if you give me a ...

Re: 0.86: BUG: "Save selection" messes up the file name if it has a dot and overwrites without warning - older versions
Ooops! Bad news: :bugconfirmed:
If you use an existing name, the program will overwrite the existing file without warning.
How to reproduce:
Open the some.filename_01-A.jpg (or whatever pic file), drag a selection and hit F6 (Save selection...). In the Save File dialog, do not change the file ...

I have tested the scenario in the above report and the renaming is correct. So, in a file named some.filename_01.jpg , I made a selection and tried to save it as explained, and the result was some.filename_01-A.jpg as expected. I also tried this: the original file is this time a ...
