It will either crop the photo

Hello,
How do I convert to US Letter size 8x11? Well i need more of length to be 11 inches, the width is automatic based on aspect ratio.
What I do for most of my pictures are 2048pixels, but sometimes when i take document photos, i would have to resize to scale to fit which is an additional step ...
