1. Run XnViewMP by clicking the shortcut or running xnviewmp.exe. It will start in Browser mode in the last browsed folder.

2. Press Esc to quit XnViewMP. Instead of quitting XnViewMP, it will close Browser tab and replace it with an "< Empty >" tab. If I press ESC once more, nothing will happen ...

I have the very same problem with XnViewMP 0.98.0 64bit on Windows 7.
