zh_TW be detected as zh_CN
On traditional Chinese (Big5) Windows 7 SP1 / XnView MP 0.86 (x64). When language is set to <autodetect>, the result is always Chinese Simplified (zh_CN) instead of Chinese traditional (zh_TW).
It might be because that the language code got from the system could be "zh-TW", "zh-tw", "zh_TW", etc ...

But even after saving, the shown image file size is still not changed. The user has to close the file and load it again to see the new file size.xnview wrote:The file size doesn't change after resize, only when you save the image.
