Like a lot of people, I put my images into many categories. Some images have more than 1 category.

It would be cool to be able to search for category1&category2, which will only show images with both categories. Or maybe category1&!category3 which will show images with category1 but not category3 ...

I don't know what you mean by twice in one category. I have images that have keywords attached to them. But when i build my catelog from scratch, a lot of them show up in "Uncategorized" under special items instead.

I don't have any file twice. In the catalog directory there are 3 of these .ini files though: iptc.ini, iptc.ini.I19408, iptc.ini.Z19732


and if you put one file with keywords and not categorized in an empty folder, and browse it, categories are good?

I just realized that everything in my catalog has double of every image! The actual files are not duplicated on my harddrive. But within xnviewmp, it shows double. Please help!

I accidentally deleted one of my categories. I fixed this by select all of the images and doing View -> Update catalog from files. That brought back the category that I had accidentally deleted. But now all the images that were affected by the deleted category now shows up in the Categorized section ...

I can delete categories I created myself. I can't delete the "Other" Category that comes by Default.
