Re: Proportional panning in full screen view

The competitor's product uses a proportional method. No matter where one clicks to zoom and start panning, the whole picture can be panned with a screen's worth of mouse movement (in the picture's larger dimension compared to the screen, less movement is needed in the smaller dimension). It seems th...

Re: Proportional panning in full screen view

Good idea to have both available, but using mouse speed would still give the possibility of reaching the screen edge before the picture edge, if the mouse wasn't moved quickly enough. Then you have to go back, try again... I don't think it would work nicely. A simpler way to achieve having both 1:1 ...

Option to create folder without confirmation

When moving pictures to a new folder with alt-m etc., it would be useful to suppress the confirmation dialogue to create a new folder, and just create the folder without asking, The confirmation dialogue happens when I manually type the destination into the Move dialogue. Another check box in Settin...

Re: Keep folders sorted alphabetically

I'll look forward to it, thank you.

Just to be totally clear:

The folders should remain sorted in A-Z alphabetical order at the top of the thumbnails, regardless of what sort method and order is selected for the thumbnails.

Re: Keep folders sorted alphabetically

which sort do you use? folders are sorted alphabetically I most often use date sort, so the earliest files are at the top and most recent at the bottom (occasionally vice versa). When I do that, the folders sort in the same order which makes it hard to navigate them from that window. It would be be...

Keep folders sorted alphabetically

When I change the sort order of thumbnails in the browser, it would be very useful not to sort the folders by the same criterion, but just keep them sorted alphabetically at the top. A tick box somewhere in the settings could be used to make the folder sort order 'fixed' at alphabetical regardless o...
