I have tried 0.90 beta 1 and the Undo for Crop works, but you need to specify the crop area again and cannot just fine tune it.
I really think it would be more convenient, if the crop selection remain visible after Undo as @HanVroon and me mentioned earlier.

Re: 0.88: Strange behavior of the Show information toggle button
I have tried 0.90 beta 1, but the Show information toggle button still doesn't work consistently for me: 1. I open an image in the viewer (from the browser) and toggle the Show information on. 2. I close the image and open it again. Then, the info is displayed, but the toolbar button is toggled off.

Re: 0.88: Excluding folders in Catalog settings doesn't work
Do you start with a clean database or files was already in the catalog before to add exclude folder? In the screenshot... 1. I added excluded folder in settings. 2. I selected files (already categorized in an non-excluded folder) and copied them into the excluded folder. And they were added again i...

Re: 0.88: Excluding folders in Catalog settings doesn't work
i can't reproduce, if i add a folder as exclude folder, it will not be in the catalog. I have tried again and can still observe that. I took a screenshot. Files inside the excluded folders are still being catalogized. Even when I copy files into the excluded folders they are added to Catalog, which...

Re: 0.87: Renaming a folder with a non-ASCII character name corrupts the database
Hello, i'm using version 0.88 and just trying to learn how to work with the catalog and it seems this bug is still there. When I rename a "middle" folder in the pictures path (e.g. /parent/folder/pics/x.jpg -> /parent/folder2/pics/x.jpg), all the categories are lost for the files in the folder pics....

Re: 0.86: Can't undo changes made in Crop board
The Undo for crop would be indeed very welcome. If I may have one suggestion, please let it remember the last used crop size-position... so after hitting undo, the user can easily re-edit the crop selection and apply it again without the need to specify the crop selection completely again. It is imp...

Re: Blender inspired theme for XnViewMP including icons
FileNotFound: Actually, I think the few icons that exist in Blender are quite good and easy to recognize. Besides most of the buttons is textual and don't use any icon. I just had problem with the original icons in XnView, which I can't recognize what they are supposed to mean, and they look ugly on...

Re: Toolbars: icons and customization
OK, I finally found how to load my own icons! You need to go to Settings-Interface-Toolbar and check there Large icons . If unchecked, the program doesn't load custom icons from the folder UI/icons-48, but uses some default icons, which are probably hard-coded. which one? I meant, the trick to load...

[Theme] Blender inspired theme for XnViewMP (incl. icons)
First of all, great thanks to the authors of this amazing photo manager! I was very excited to find this Qt based program, which just proves that the Qt framework is a perfect choice for multi-platform user programs. Indeed, XnViewMP starts and responds really fast without any lagging, and the possi...

Re: Custom Themes
In version 0.87, I'm able to replace almost all icons by placing my own PNG files into the folder UI/icons-48, but it seems some icons like:
cmd_viewAs, cmd_sortBy, cmd_filterBy, etc
are ignored and the program still loads the default icons. So, these icons are hard-coded and cannot be replaced?
