is it possible to use Xn-view 2.42 to convert pictures from jpg to heif ?

I tried with http://heictojpg.com/ with homemade photos. I have errors.

WIth iphone heic's photos: it works.

I have ios 11.0.2 on my iphone

But none with xnview and all with the JS Viewer.

Of course, i used is latest version 2.42 (x64) on windows 10 pro.

for the pictures, i tried one from iphone and several homemade photos (using this tutorial http://jpgtoheif.com/ , and ffmpeg)
All the pictures opened with the Nokia JS viewer.

I can't open heif pictures in xn-view 2 ...

In my case, i suspect an other cause for this issue.

The new Heif plugin seems to be not used by xnview : I extracted the heif_x32.zip file content into plugins folder.
But, event i restarted the app and the computer, i can't see the HEIF plugin in the tool "Information about modules ...
