Hello. I'm using version 1.75, and I'm having the same issue. I cannot get anything to convert, specifically to PDF. Each time I get a "create error" and my file doesn't convert. It happened ever so often in the past, but now it's constant and I can't convert anything. I've uninstalled and reinstall...
