It would be great and very usefull to have in the Image menu an command "translation" Or Offset Image Coords close to Resize, Canvas Size or Automatic Crop for a lot of operations.
For my myself and just as example i can use it to avoid the problem of the order of two monitors ...

It'll be very cool to get in the Edit\Image section the Offset operation, in my case the trouble is my two monitor screen are inverted so when i use the mosaic wallpaper option the two parts of the full picture are inverted, anyway, i'm really thinking Offset can be usefull in my case or to check ...
