If I took a screenshot of the thumbnail view sorted by numbers, I will see duplicate thumbnails occasionally in the 2000 thumbnail view. There are NO DUPLICATES, but I must REBUILD THUMBNAILS and REBUILD CATALOGUE. Which clears up the thumbnail view sorted by numbers.

I love XnViewMP. I use it in Monterey 12.3.1 on a 19,1 iMac w 64GB RAM. I only have one suggestion: In someway speed up the refresh of images within a folder. I have 2000 images in a folder. If I open up Xnviewer to view the images in sorted order, I can't trust the images shown. The only way to ...

I purchased Stellar Repair for Photo-Mac, reasonable yearly subscription. It seems to have completely revitalized XnView viewing my folder of 2200+ jpgs. There are no more double images in the database from bad cache. Renaming changes are lightning fast now.

I had no idea that jpegs need repairing ...

View/Update catalogue & Rebuild Thumbnails seemed to have corrected the double thumbnails. I don't understand as I had Rebuilt Thumbnails many times this weekend w no results. But combining the two actions seems to have corrected the double issue. No need to switch to lower version now. Thank you.
