Re: Can't visit home page!

I can't open http://www.xnview.com and http://www.xnview.net and http://www.xnview.org for long time!

I never had problem with the English version in the last few months. Of course I had problems on language selection initially, but not now!

The links are working for me just now also. I use ...

Re: can't listen to mp3-music

Hi,
........
When an mp3 file is selected, a lot of numbers appear. In options I deselected some things so now the numbers no longer appear, but the songs still won't play.
I don't know what's wrong it's very strange, mpg works: if I simply change the name of the file (for example song.mp3 into ...

Re: Compare: Show grid for each image

For some purposes, a fixed grid (similar to crosshairs) would be sufficient.

Yes. this must be useful. I support.

This grid and the grid in the 'Show grid' / 'Rotate' windows may be shown in 'dashes' alternating in Black and White color, so that the grid-lines will ...

Just to set the record straight, Picasa does not "move" your photos. They reside in their original files, in their original folders, along with the companion Picasa.ini files (one per folder) that contain all the edits, crops, etc.

It is room consuming, agreed.

My preference is to use the double LMB click to close the tab instead of 'X'

If it is confusing, maybe it would be good to have an extra option in the contact sheet dialog, where you can enter the sorting method, including "as in browser" or something?

XnView already has so many options compared to other similar software. Any more options may make the program unwieldy, as ...

Re: One-line!

:) Hello!

• If you mean to write in a <b> file, let know that this format doesn't support multi-line comments.
- Thus, you can't use any kind of wrapping, that doesn't work, but this is not a bug.

Edit description: multiline text

In the Edit description window, I experience problem when I try to key-in (NOT copy and paste) a multi-line description with line breaks.

At the end of each line of text, I normally press 'Enter' to insert the line break and go to the next line. But 'Enter' has the same functionality as the 'OK ...

Adding the field 'File Index' to web page and contact sheet

Based on an earlier request in the forum, in version 1.90.3, the field 'File Index' is added to the SlideShow.

Is it possible to add the field 'File Index' to CREATE -> Web Page... and CREATE -> Contact Sheet... also?

Though the fields to be added are common, when a field is added to one, they are ...
