IMHO the Metadata menu should be available in both Browser and Viewer modes. Sometimes we may want to clear the metadata of a few files in the browser mode and sometimes of just one currently viewed file.
Or... the menu can be added to the ToolBar Settings and then every user will be able to ...

Hmm, "Category DB" sounds as if there was a special database for the categories.

It says " XMP Subject" and " IPTC Keyword", so " DB Category" or " Database Category" seems a logical way to specify the category. Though, is "DB" or "Database" needed at all? FAIK, categories exist in XnView, only ...

While making my Polish translation I came across the following two source strings:
1. Import XMP subject or IPTC keyword to DB Categories
2. Export DB Category to XMP Subject and IPTC Keyword

Maybe I'm wrong but I feel it should be "Category DB" (understood as the database of the category ...

Hmm... in my case (using 0.91) the 'Convert' button is disabled - even though I tried to add two different hot folders with images placed directly in these folders.

Since the Polish translation was incomplete I downloaded the translation sources and started working on the translation.
