i don't know, but on all computer where i try to install it, don't appear the preview of the picture and there is that blank area up the menu voice

Please try to remove HKCU>Software>XnView>ShellEx from registry

you can install it without XnView


i'm think i'm wrong somethink in the installation, beacuse i tried again the installation on other 2 pc where never was installed xn software ...

i tried also to disinstall all xn software + vcredist_x64 and reboot any time. reinstall all and rebot but don't work. i think that there is some of my software that caused an incompatibility.

i try exe and zip installation... in the second if i click the register.bat there is an error
i try also 32 bit .

dear @xnview i have windows 10 pro 64nit 1803 version.
i'm very happy to see that there is a new version 4 of xnshell that for old version don't work. i try to uninstall and reinstall many time, i also installed xn classic (i already use xn convert) but the shell extension don't work.
can you help ...
