Ok, after trying with several others software I think the reason is that the file doesn´t have a color profile attached. It`s strange in windows photo and HDR viewer from the store it loads ok

As it says I can´t view jxr files, they appear as black pictures. Any help would be aprecciated.

Hi, wanted to start taking screenshots from games and movies in HDR format. Windows capture does a nice job saving the screens in jxr format. I can view them with photoviewer or other hdr viewer from the store.
But with xnviewmp I get black pictures
