I already solved the problem.
It's Windows 10 indeed, with it's antivirus: I had to go into settings and check permissions. XnView and a few programs were blocked. So I had to add it into the selection. No more problem.

Each time I try to "save as" (with normal name and no special characters), it won't work.
In the past, XnView worked perfectly.
Now you cannot save a photo you modified.
What to do? I even tried "export". It's the same result. A box opens : File not found. Check the file name and try again ...
