Do not rewrite file if Source size is more than Target
I would like to request an option to not rewrite file if the Source size is more than a Target size.
Situation:
I am converting a bunch of Jpegs to Jpegs with lower quality, and sometimes the source files are already compressed enough so the converted image size becomes more than the source size ...

Is that possible to add write support of OpenEXR and least with ZIP Scanline compression? please... i need to convert thousands of uncompressed EXR to compressed EXR
