Very happy that you understand my thoughts. Performing a saved search directly is what I want. If not, the dropdown menu is acceptable.

Have you looked into the search that you can reach via the menu or STRG + F?

You should able to save searches there. But I agree it would nice to reach saved searches from the toolbar.

I think this is designed to look like this.If it were brighter it might be too eye-catching. The color is very subtle and the slightest misstep could destroy the harmony.

If you go to Settings / General you can UNtick "Only allow one instance of XnView"
Then you can open a second instance, tile them then do your bulk moving etc.

This may introduce problems with any categories or other information in the file. I don't KNOW that but you should watch for it as you ...

I hope that the small icons and check boxes in the upper left corner to appear only when the mouse is hovering. They are cute little icons, but I want the interface to be as clean as possible when browsing the thumbnail list.

I removed the folder entry like 'D:/Material Center'. The image stopped repeating itself.

The Base Path was set up before the problem was discovered. But the 2 computers weren't set up at the same time.

Yes, I've set the base path to "D:\Material Center\" on both computers

I use XnView to manage the same sets of images on both computers.
