I realised that I have problem with the pdf files probably, because I have created one simple pdf file with red circle in Photoshop and converting process was successful.
JPEG and PDF files were exactly the same.

I have tried with 300 and with 600 dpi, in both cases it doesn't work correctly.
I'm not sure what is the original DPI value of the PDF files, but surely will try with 150 or 75.
Unfortunetely, the files are confidential information and it's not correct to upload them.

Can I ask you for some help with converting PDF files to JPG files with XnConvert Free version ?
Is there an option to avoid cropped pixels on each side of the document ?
