Adding --filesystem=/mnt/share makes XnView recognize the mount.

Well. Someone in internet said that i need to make some permissions in Flatseal. I don't add any text. only switch on one checkbox,
Filesystem => all system files [on]
and programm start showing ...

at last i have install XnView from flatpack, but there version is 0.93.1 (current is 0.97.1)

What distro do you use? There are different repos for different distros.
