Are you suggesting I remove the EXIF Metadata & if so how do I do that?

How can I send them? I'd rather send them privately if I can as it is someone's wedding photo & I wouldn't want to make it public without their permission.

Yes I found the save settings but hasn't helped unfortunately.
Both files appear to be more or less identical & definitely not a filename issue.
I've just managed to copy & paste it into Word so maybe it's a Flexi issue but never had an issue with Flexi like this in 17 years ...
