Is it possible to add keyboard shortcuts to increase and decrease brightness when in Viewer Mode?

In the Settings --> Interface --> Shortcuts --> Viewer Mode list there is no shortcut listed to increase or decrease brightness. But perhaps a shortcut can be manually added to the default.keys ...
