With XnViewMP, you can use "Tools, Metadata, Transfer"

- Select the files you want to update
- Open "Tools, Metadata, Transfer"
- Add target field = "Comment"
- Choose source field : "decription"
... Apply

Is it possible to automate embedding descriptions that are stored in descript.ion into JPEG comments?

I have descipt.ion with descriptions and I need to embed these descriptions into JPEG files.

When I try Edit->Edit Description/Comment... I can copy the description from descript.ion into JPEG ...
