Oops, my bad! I had an old nconvert lying in $path, as soon as I corrected that I could convert fine...
However, seems like nconvert tries to boost images that are intentionally dark. Any way to work around that?

Nconvert .CR2 gives "Bad data compression"
Hi,
I'm trying to convert my 1Ds Mark II raw images with nconvert. When I try to convert using "nconvert -out jpeg *.CR2" I just get the message "Error: TIFF: Bad data compression algorithm !". This is in nconvert version 4.22.
Am I missing some parts of the software, like a dll file or anything ...
