Reverting back to 0.99.7 immediately corrected the issue.

I frequently use the "Show Companion Files" toggle to show/hide Fujifilm raw files (.RAF extension). After installing 1.00, I found that toggling this on/off does nothing, and all RAF files show regardless of setting. I am unsure if this applies to other types ...
