XnView Software

In the properties window displayed on the left, it is displayed as width 816, height 624.
Why are different values displayed?
How can I make it display the same value?

XnView: MP 1.4.4 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64bit

The image size of the attached webp file is 816x624. However, on the browser screen, it is displayed as 1x1.

The attached video file changes from '0' to '3' every second.
When played in a loop, the last frame '3' is not displayed and returns to '0'.
In chrome and firefox, the last frame '3' is displayed for 1 second and then returns to '0'.
