When drag and drop photos, there are options to skip all, replace all, but renaming can only do one by one. Is there an existing option to automatically rename when a file name already existed at the target?

- Choose Layout > Free

Then in Info Panel unticked Preview as Tabs

Thing is, as posted here viewtopic.php?f=95&t=44822, I assigned a shortcut to assign a color, but it's not live updating, thus the "deleted" photos will still be there crowding the grid view.

- I'm using View > Layout > Layout 7
- the Preview and Properties tabs are in the same panel
- when the first item is not a photo, the Properties tab is displayed, but then when moving to a photo it does not automatically switch to Preview tab, one must click the Preview tab to switch

APFS file system for a SSD (Samsung).

I mounted an external disk on Mac OS (13.0.1 (22A400)), I have a folder view, a thumbnail, and a preview pane. Browsing on the folder, and delete selected photo in thumbnails view works perfect.

But when for example a folder is empty, right click on the folder view and delete the folder seems to ...

For example, when deleting a photo, the list of thumbnails is updated immediately.

But when a filter is applied (for example, I'm filtering out uncoloured photo), then once a new photo is assigned a colour, that photo should "disappear" from the current filtered view -- but it does not for me. So ...
