If you have a collection of images that have a common background eg. white, and they picture shoes, or dresses, it is hard to order them with filters cause all have same orientation, similar size, similar color etc.

It will be nice to an extra filter "which color to subtract from images as ...

yes exactly.

I had written a bash script to rename photos from camera that the creation date was not on image filename.
You may do the same? This works for linux. I think, it can exists on windows with some tweaking. Ask in stackoverflow

In action menu (ctrl+u), if you apply a lot of filters, you need them to be minimized, and choose the proper filter for each image.

However, everytime that i go to actoin menu with cntrl+u, filters are "maximized".
The min/max situation is not saved.

So, i propose filters to remain in min/max ...

By selecting these options

tools --> settings --> file list --> unchecking / cheking recognize only by extension, still cannot browse files of type .jpg?113 .jpg1331.

This is not very quick if you have 1000+ files.
In actions, you can preview files. It is better to decide instantly if you like the image to nbe converted instead of making additional steps to unselect it.

When you press CTRL + U it appears the Batch convert menu.

Everything works without issues, like with usual jpeg images. Perhaps this is a Linux thing?

EDIT: I was wrong. I can only step through images in fullscreen mode, which is my usual way. Sorry for unneeded noise.
