I'll be publishing my save for XnView node on GitHub soon.
I agree that it would be awesome to search/filter for things in the extras. I didn't understand why the files need to be imported in order to do this. Currently XnView can find anything in the file name quite fast without importing.

I made a little progress with my ComfyUI node so now it displays just the information I select in the extra field. See the picture.
But how can I search for something in the Extras? It seems like the search only works for the filename. But it would be awesome to be able to find images by keyword or ...

I can always see the extra data in the view but I'm not sure how to set up a display view the prompt, steps, etc when just toggling through a folder of images. I'm sure there is a way to customize my views such that the fields I'm interested in can be always displayed but ...

In that png image that I just was able to upload you can view the properties/Extras and see there are two sections - Prompt and Workflow that contain the useful information.
