Basically what the title says. I need to format the info box content for fullscreen view, but every single tag character makes the info box wider. Using XnView MP 1.7.2.

The post you linked is not related I think. In Settings > Catalog I set both width and height to 384 px (low quality JPEG).

I can confirm your second observation. One has to start the conversion of at least one file, for the Hot Folders operation to kick in. I would kinda expect once the Hot Folders checkmark is set either the Convert button ...

Good guesses I reckon, but I now tried .jpg .png, .jpg,.png, JPEG PNG, and JPEG,PNG. It doesn't work for me. : (
