The picture in preview, zoomed out until has similar size as the thumbnail:

Looks like the thumbnail preview does not use the color management settings, and not only in this image. All my images are shown ...

The xnview.ini file had this instead:

session=@Invalid()
sessionIdx=-1

When closing XNview MP instead of asking to save session it just closes without prompt, it wont matter what I select under settings>general>Save session on ...
