I have yet another suggestion considering this zoom etc.

First, since it is Ctrl button that allows to zoom with wheel, maybe it'd be easier if Ctrl + middle click would be a customizable button for 100% zoom (what I'd need more) or fit to window.

seems pretty ok for me as an add-on.
if i'll feel i don't need it (like some might) it'd be easier to remove it so it won't make xnview heavier.
and about easier integration.. pressing R is totally ok for integration, if you ask me.

I'm experiencing something similar here, but not just on change, but rather on resize or on change in 'fit to window' mode.
and yes, asdsee 3 was doing the resize faster, but i don't know which algorithm was used there though..

It won't matter which language it is, when Unicode will be implemented all files will be viewed.
For me it's also critical, since I'm using Russian and Latvian, and on the Internet there are often files with accents etc, and sometimes I need to open files with Japanese...
